The LEEPER PARK ART FAIR is sponsored by The St. Joe Valley Watercolor Society. The Fair takes place in Leeper Park, a shaded park by the St. Joseph River just north of downtown South Bend, Indiana. We are a 100% volunteer-run show. All proceeds of jury, booth and vendor fees are used for operating and promoting the event.
